"Wonderful"
Everything, the location(near everything and we stayd here to watch the cricket at wankhede stadium), the roofstop swimming pool and bar/restaurant that was open evenings(beautiful) with wonderful food Geoffreys pub at the ground floor! We dit not do breakfast at the hotel so was not in the main restaurant. The hotel went above and beyond with adding a TV channel to our room to watch the rugby world cup semi final that isnt in the regular list of channels, Geoffreys also stayd open till 03h00 for the guests to watch the rugby, although they whould put the sound on for the rugby...so we watched the second half in our room.

Very comfortable stay. Ive been staying in hostels travelling so its nice to have something a bit more luxurious for time to time. It was great for the cricket as the Wankhede was a 10 minute walk. The staff were very accommodating and the facilities were great.

The property was beautiful and exactly as advertised. We were upgraded to an executive suite upon check in and the staff in the reception, restaurant and doormans were absolutely friendly and helpful.

The team were so welcoming and so helpful. I stayed for four nights. The location was safe, great access to shops, and a pharmacy. The Indian and Western food was delicious. My room had water views and was large. The gum is small though adequate.

The hotel is really clean, the views are great. As a foreigner coming to India, I think the prices are pretty fair compared to other hotels which arent half as good as this one was. They give good discounts and the staff are really nice especially the cleaners who dont fail to clean every day. Its a really comfortable place. I also really love how the bathrooms are.

Would highly recommend staying here if youre supposed to be around south Mumbai area. Nicely done hotel with a fabulous location (right at marine drive) and lovely views from the hotel. The hotel itself is nicely done and lovely rooms. The team very sweetly upgraded me to their suite and it was a large room with a side view of the sea which was very nice. The housekeeping staff was excellent and kept my room clean and spotless everyday. There are many options around the hotel itself for food and being a stones throw away from marine drive made it ideal to go for nice long walks and jogs along the drive. In a nutshell this is a highly recommended hotel and I thank the staff for making my stay very comfortable.

They are nice staff. Only thing lobby toilet people are messing it very badly Rooms r best Awesome location Breakfast spread lools very small spaced but oooo.its marvellous. I liked them bcoz they are OPEN TO THE FACTCthat one cannot eat all at same time and need to fetch away parcels. They are ok with it very nicely. . Pls offer discounts tp room sevices also. Yes price is v v v high but its prime place n south bombay 5 star Fine lobby etc v small. But facilities n way bathroom is its real 5 star I loved thr thought id of 2 holding supports inside shower n proper bar soap holder They hv care system Food v tasty .. nvr ever had such full filled gobi paratha like Mplaza
